WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We are open by appointment only, we do not take walk ins. Each of our practitioners works their own hours. We usually have someone in the office 7 days a week, but we do not have a front desk staff. If you call and get our voicemail, please leave a detailed message or text us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are looking to talk to your practitioner, you can find their contact information on their information page (OUR TEAM). Please check our online scheduling to see our most accurate availability. WHAT KIND OF WORK DO YOU DO?
Our LMTs have a variety of knowledge and experience, we each work a little different and enjoy focusing on different modalities. Please refer to OUR TEAM page to see who would be the best fit for you!
THIS IS MY FIRST MASSAGE, WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
We will ask you questions about what you're looking for, pain relief or relaxation. If you're looking for pain relief, we will ask you about the type of pain you're feeling, how long it's been going on, range of motion, what caused the pain: all of this information will help us come up with the best plan of action for your massage. When getting undressed, we advise you to undress to whatever you're comfortable with, whether this means you remain fully clothed (we'll do compression and stretching for), or you can leave you're underwear on, or fully undressed. You will be under a sheet and blanket through the whole massage, we will undrape as we work. We will advise you during your consultation but again, whatever you're comfortable with!

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and cash. We do require a card on file for our CANCELATION POLICY AND NO-SHOW POLICY. We also require new clients to schedule online for their first appointment.
