Lindsay Padgett

Lindsay is a licensed massage therapist and certified vacuum therapies practitioner.   She received her massage license in 2015 from the Cortiva Institute in Florida.  In addition to her focus in therapeutic cupping, she has over 15 years of experience working in physical therapy and sports rehabilitation, where she worked with patients recovering from sports injuries, surgery and other recuperative needs.  She has a strong background in helping pre- and post-operative clients find relief from pain.

 

Lindsay is also a NASM certified personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise.  She specializes in customized therapeutic bodywork with modalities including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Cupping, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release and Sports Massage.

 

Lindsay has a kind-hearted nature and enjoys working with a variety of clients and conditions.  She receives great satisfaction from helping her clients restore their health, manage (reduce or eliminate) their pain, and educating them on the benefits of massage therapy, wellness, and self-care.

 

Lindsay and her husband Jim recently moved to Ohio from Florida with their dog Blu.  She enjoys hiking, mountain biking, kayaking and traveling.  She also has a love for food and music.
